What is SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY – Family Slam?
SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY – Family Slam is a fun and active basketball play, video gaming and skills testing event experience for all ages at The Glen Shopping Centre, Glen Waverley. Inspired by the hit animated/live-action movie, SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY, this event is filled with Looney Tunes photo opportunities, hoops for practicing trick shots, a hub filled with video arcade games plus loads of active b-ball tests and challenges.
Is SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY – Family Slam just for kids?
The Space Jam Experience is for everyone. The interactive experience is fun and is popular with all age groups.
What characters will be there?
No live mascot characters will appear at SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY – Family Slam, but there are cool photo opportunities to check out, as you enter and throughout the experience.

The Glen Shopping Centre - Ground Floor

(located on ground floor, between Chemist Warehouse and TK Maxx).
I am yet to receive my tickets by email or post - what do I do?
Your tickets have been delivered by text message to the mobile phone number connected to the buyer's Ticketek account. Tickets will not be sent by email or post to any ticket buyer, so be sure to check your mobile phone.
What happens when we arrive?
When you arrive, join the queue and await your turn to check in at the Space Jam Experience entrance ticket counter. There, you will have your tickets scanned prior to entering the Experience!
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available from Ticketek via links on this website. or at the Space Jam Experience ticket booth, located at the entrance of the event. Please note ticket purchases at the event are subject to availability and all sales are Card Only.
How will my SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY – Family Slam tickets be delivered?
When pre-purchased via Ticketek, your tickets will be delivered as a text message to your nominated Mobile Phone. If needed, you will also find a link to your tickets at the very bottom of your Ticketek confirmation email.
At what age do I need a ticket for my child?
All children over the age of 3 years require a ticket.
Can my child attend by themselves?
No, all patrons under the age of 13 must be accompanied by at least one adult per group.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to accompany my child?
Yes. Anyone over the age of 3 entering the activity area will need to purchase a ticket.
What age group is this experience for?
SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY – Family Slam is fun for everyone!
Can I bring my child in a pram, stroller or buggy?
Yes, however, not every part of the Experience may be accessible for a pram, stroller or buggy. You are advised to carry valuables with you if you need to leave a pram, stroller or buggy near the entrance at any point as they will not be supervised.
Does this event honour Companion Cards?
Companion Card holders are free to chaperone anyone with a paid ticket. Simply turn up to the course and show your valid Companion Card to our team when attending with a ticket holder.
Is it accessible?
The Glen is equipped with accessible toilets, ramps and lifts throughout the venue, including lift access from the car parks. However not every activity inside the Space Jam Experience is accessible.
I have purchased the wrong tickets. Can I change them?
Sure. If you have purchased tickets for an incorrect session, or would like to change session, please contact Ticketek before your booked session by clicking here and they will assist you. Please include your current booking date/time as the 'Date of Event' as it will assist Ticketek in processing your session time update request more efficiently. We’ve booked tickets but one of our group can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds due to change of mind or personal circumstance. If you or one of your group can’t attend, you can invite other friends to take their place – tickets are not name-specific. Unused tickets can only be refunded if a replacement order for a new session is placed (please follow the process described in the question above).
Can I use my ticket multiple times?
Each ticket is valid for a single entry only.
